Bruce Lipton
A groundbreaking work in the field of New Biology. Author Dr. Bruce Lipton is a former medical school professor and research scientist. His experiments, examining in great detail the molecular mechanisms by which cells process information, have revealed that genes do not in fact control our behavior, instead, genes are turned on and off by influences outside the cell. These influences include our perceptions and beliefs. He shows that our beliefs, true or false, positive or negative, affect genetic activity and actually alter our genetic code. Dr. Lipton's profoundly hopeful work, being hailed as one of the major breakthroughs in the New Sciences, shows how we can retrain our consciousness to create healthy beliefs, and by doing so create a profoundly positive effect on our bodies and our lives.

Rick Strassman
From 1990 to 1995 Dr. Rick Strassman conducted U.S. Government-approved and funded clinical research at the University of New Mexico in which he injected sixty volunteers with DMT, one of the most powerful psychedelics known. His detailed account of those sessions is an extraordinarily riveting inquiry into the nature of the human mind and the therapeutic potential of psychedelics. DMT, a plant-derived chemical found in the psychedelic Amazon brew, ayahuasca, is also manufactured by the human brain. In Strassman's volunteers, it consistently produced near-death and mystical experiences. Many reported convincing encounters with intelligent nonhuman presences, aliens, angels, and spirits. Nearly all felt that the sessions were among the most profound experiences of their lives. Strassman's research connects DMT with the pineal gland, considered by Hindus to be the site of the seventh chakra and by Rene Descartes to be the seat of the soul. DMT: The Spirit Molecule makes the bold case that DMT, naturally released by the pineal gland, facilitates the soul's movement in and out of the body and is an integral part of the birth and death experiences, as well as the highest states of meditation and even sexual transcendence. Strassman also believes that "alien abduction experiences" are brought on by accidental releases of DMT. If used wisely, DMT could trigger a period of remarkable progress in the scientific exploration of the most mystical regions of the human mind and soul.

Gilles Marin
Taoism and the use of the five elemental forces of nature for healing, says Gilles Marin, are esoteric, understandable only through daily experience with a knowledgeable mentor. Marins 25 years of clinical practice teaching the ancient Taoist method of Chi Nei Tsang, which uses hands-on techniques and Taoist meditations to help clients heal, uniquely qualifies him for the task. Five Elements, Six Conditions shows how simple and practical the ancient Taoist healing principles are and how effectively they deepen all methods of healing, including modern medical approaches. Step-by-step, he shows how to work with instead of against the body, whereby healing becomes not only possible but inevitable. His clear language, along with color-coded maps and diagrams, enables readers to understand the alchemical principles formed and refined over hundreds of years. Each chapter includes specific exercises and meditations to help anyone integrate the essence of the teaching and develop at the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual levels.

Osho
Intuition deals with the difference between the intellectual, logical mind and the more encompassing realm of spirit. Logic is how the mind knows reality, intuition is how the spirit experiences reality. Osho's discussion of these matters is wonderfully lucid, occasionally funny, and thoroughly engrossing. All people have a natural capacity for intuition, but often social conditioning and formal education work against it. People are taught to ignore their instincts rather than to understand and use them as a foundation for individual growth and development-and in the process they undermine the very roots of the innate wisdom that is meant to flower into intuition. Includes many specific exercises and meditations designed to nourish and support each individual's natural intuitive gifts.

Brian Weiss
The true story of a prominent psychiatrist, his young patient, and the past-life therapy that changed both their lives. As a traditional psychotherapist, Weiss was astonished and skeptical when one of his patients began recalling past-life traumas that seemed to hold the key to her recurring nightmares and anxiety attacks. His skepticism was eroded, however, when she began to channel messages from "the space between lives", which contained remarkable revelations about Dr Weiss's family and his dead son. Using past-life therapy, he was able to cure the patient and embark on a new, more meaningful phase of his own career.

Dr. Brian Weiss
Dr Weiss tells the story of two of his patients, Elizabeth and Pedro, whom he claims have been lovers throughout the centuries. Elizabeth began past-life regression therapy for grief and relationship problems. At the same time, Dr Weiss was treating Pedro, a man also suffering from grief. He, too underwent past-life regression therapy to seek solutions and healing. Elizabeth and Pedro were strangers, yet they seemed to be describing the same past lifetimes with similarity of detail and emotion. Dr Weiss propounds that each of us has a soulmate whom we have loved in past incarnations and who waits to reunite with us now.

In his brilliant long-awalted new book, Dr Brian Weiss reveals how our future lives can transform us in the present. We have all lived past lives. All of us will live future ones. What we do in this life will influence our lives to come as we evolve towards immortality. In this new book, the bestselling author of Many Lives, Many Masters, has not only regressed his patients into the past, but also progressed them into the future. He has discovered that our futures are variable - the choices we make now will determine the quality of our life when we return. Using dozens of case histories, Dr Weiss demonstrates the therapeutic benefits of progression therapy to bring patients more peace, joy and healing, just as he has shown that journeys into our past lives can cure physical or emotional wounds in the present.

Joy Manne
In this caring guide, psychotherapist and Buddhist practitioner Joy Manne suggests that by differentiating between the Ego, the focus of Western psychotherapy, and the Soul, the spiritual/ethical part of ones consciousness, we can move to a Soul Path, where we strive for harmony and balance. Manne envisions this Soul as a creative, healing inner shaman. Blending a number of contemporary therapies with ancient practices of purification and breathwork, Manne touches both body and soul. Soul Therapy gives powerful, simple guidance for healing our core issues. It points the way to how we can create ethical and compassionate relationships with others - Kylea Taylor.

Hubert Benoit
Man cannot live fully until he has considered the great questions of life. It is for this reason that we turn to Western psychology and metaphysics for help in solving our problems. The approach of psychology is based on "statistical normality," or the behaviour of the greatest number. In an effort to conform, we focus on our problems rather than our possibilities, emulating a norm that falls drastically short of our full capacity for development. Oriental thought, and Zen thought in particular, seeks to activate the true potential of men and women - to transform our lives, and thereby enable us to shed our problems and sufferings. In attempting to develop a holistic psychology, Benoit suggests that we must begin by examining the true "state of man," rather than its aberrations. In so doing we can give new direction and purpose to our lives.
