Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit card payment (Visa, Mastercard, Switch/Maestro, Amex, JCB, Visa Electron). If you are shopping from Europe, North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.

We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may give your credit card information as you place your order (there are no known cases of this encryption being broken) or via phone, fax, or snail mail.

Shipping And Handling Shipping and handling is charged on a sliding scale, making it cheaper the more you order. Charges are detailed below. There is no additional charge for items sent in more than one shipment.

On overseas shipments, any customs charges levied by the country of destination are borne by the customer.

Delivery Schedule Your order will normally be despatched within two days.

Smaller UK orders should reach you within 5 working days. Larger orders are sent by DPD 24Hr service, so will normally reach you within 2 working days. At particularly busy times (Christmas, when we have just posted a new catalogue or done a large amount of advertising) processing may take a couple of days extra.

Europe - please allow 7 days.

USA & Canada -- Airmail - please allow 7-10 days.

Rest of the World -- Airmail - please allow at least 10 days, and make allowance if you know your local postal service is particularly slow.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be informed if items are temporarily unavailable giving you the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 15% VAT (Value Added Tax) is included in the price where the items are VATable (most items with the exception of books which are zero rated, or packs which include books which are partially VATable).

For orders outside the European Union no taxes are charged. Taxes will be removed during the checkout process.

Credit Card Security All orders are processed on a secure server.

Guarantee We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products come with a 10 day no quibble guarantee. (From date of receipt). Just return the goods to us for a refund. Goods must be returned to us in perfect condition CD, Audio and DVD Products must be returned Unopened and Unused.

FAULTY GOODS

Faulty goods must be reported to us within 7 days of receipt. Providing the item is in stock we will replace faulty goods immediately they are returned to us.

DISTANCE SELLING REGULATIONS - YOUR RIGHTS

Under the Distance Selling Regulations, the customer is given the right to return unwanted goods. This "cooling-off" period gives you 7 working days in which to cancel your order without giving a reason. The period starts the day after the day that goods are received. During this time you are only required to cancel the order and are not obliged to return the goods within the 7 working days.

If you wish to cancel an order within the 7 day cooling-off period, you may do so providing the goods are in a re-saleable condition. This means unused and complete with original packing. To exercise this right please contact us. We will need confirmation in writing, as well as your name, address and invoice number.

Please ensure that when returning goods, you use a reputable delivery service that can provide evidence that they have delivered the goods back to us. Please also ensure that they are packed with sufficient care to ensure damage does not occur in transit. We will not be responsible for such damage and would suggest you take out insurance with your courier.

All returned goods will incur a restocking charge of 10% of the item value to cover our shipping and administration costs. This includes goods returned to us by the courier either because they were rejected or because there wasn't anyone available to sign for them after two delivery attempts.

Remittance Terms All orders must be accompanied by credit or debit card details, or if you decide to post your order, by cheque, postal order or bank draft (all in British pounds).
